The hotel had a great location, just a short walk from the Old Town, making it convenient for sightseeing. The rooms were quite small, converted from street shops, and the bathrooms left something to be desired. On the plus side, the staff were friendly and helpful, although the service could be a bit lacking at times. Overall, it’s decent for the price, but not ideal if you value spacious accommodations.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were very small and bathroom facilities were not comfortable, especially for larger individuals. The temperature in the room felt constant at 25°C, and opening the window let in a lot of noise from the street.
Service
7.0
The service from the staff was pleasant and helpful, although they were not willing to switch our room when requested. Housekeeping was attentive, and we appreciated the welcome drink.
Location
9.0
The location was excellent, very close to the Old Town and within walking distance to various attractions. It took a little while to find the hotel, but being in Juli was a plus with amenities nearby.
Dining
5.0
The breakfast provided was basic and while it was decent, I found it lacking in variety. It would have been better to explore breakfast options in the city instead.
Facilities

The hotel advertised spa facilities, but it feels more suited for backpackers. There are a few good amenities, but don't expect luxurious offerings.

The hotel boasts an excellent location right by Old Town, allowing for easy exploration of Tallinn. The rooms are spacious and clean, but I did notice some noise from nearby activities. The service provided was friendly and helpful, yet there were some minor inconveniences during my stay. Overall, it's a good value for money, especially given the convenience of the location and the quality of the accommodations.

I stayed at this hotel for a few nights and found it to be a mixed bag. On the bright side, the location is excellent, just a short walk to the old town and surrounded by shops. The room was definitely on the smaller side, and I felt a bit cramped at times. The service had its ups and downs, with some staff being friendly while others were quite rude, which really impacted my experience. Overall, it's a decent choice if you're looking for a budget stay, but just keep your expectations in check regarding the room size and service quality.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the location in the old town is perfect, I had some issues with the room setup, which overshadowed my overall experience. The service was generally friendly, but there were language barriers, and the dining options could have been better. Overall, it’s a decent place, but not without its flaws.

Rooms
5.0
The room overlooked the parking lot and was in a separate building from the main hotel, which was quite disappointing. It had two beds but felt a bit neglected in terms of comfort and placement.
Service

The staff was nice and helpful, and they took the time to answer our questions about local sights, even looking things up online for us. However, communication was a challenge since their English skills were limited.

The hotel is located just on the edge of Old Tallinn, making it convenient for exploring the area. The rooms are quite basic and a bit on the small side, so if you're average weight, using public restrooms might be a better option. The service is good, with friendly staff, but the dining options could definitely be improved. Overall, it's adequate value for money, but don't expect anything luxurious.

Rooms

The hotel boasts a great location close to the old town and a supermarket, making it very convenient for exploration. The rooms were a mixed bag; while one was quite spacious, it suffered from too much natural light early in the morning, making it hard to sleep. The service lacked in English communication, which was a bit frustrating, but they did respond quickly when I needed assistance. The breakfast was simple but satisfactory for a budget hotel.

Rooms
6.0
I stayed in a spacious room on the second floor with a huge sun-window, but unfortunately, the sunlight was quite intense early in the morning, making it hard to sleep. Another room I saw was on the ground floor and faced the street, which wasn't ideal and lacked air conditioning during the hot summer nights.
Service
5.0
The service was a bit challenging, as the staff didn't speak much English and could be rude at times. However, I had a good experience when I reached out about my belongings; they replied quickly and made an effort to help.
Location

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of the old town, making it easy to explore everything on foot. The staff were friendly and did their best to make me feel welcome. However, the rooms left a bit to be desired, lacking amenities like bathrobes, and the dining options were quite limited. Overall, it’s a decent place with a great location, but some improvements would make it even better.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were clean but quite basic, and I felt they deserved no more than 2 stars. There were no bathrobes provided, and the room was next to a dark and somewhat uneasy little street.
Service
7.0
The service was decent, with the staff trying their best to ensure I had an enjoyable stay. However, the language barrier was noticeable as they barely spoke English.
Location
10.0
The location was perfect! It took nearly 10 minutes to walk to any place in the old town, and there was a 24/7 supermarket nearby. Being just 50 meters from the Tallinn city center was a major plus.
Dining
5.0
Dining was rather simple, with breakfast options being quite standard – mostly just bread, scrambled eggs, and sausages presented on a very small plate. It was enough for a night, but I expected a bit more variety.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities were lacking some luxury, but the essentials were there. The space was modern, and the common areas were clean.

6.6/10

The hotel has a great location, right on the edge of the old town, which makes it super convenient for exploring. The rooms are clean and brightly decorated, which I appreciated. However, I found the service a bit lacking, especially during check-in. The breakfast could also use some improvement to match the spa hotel vibe they promote.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were basic but very clean and brightly decorated. I did have a bit of trouble with the temperature, though; it was quite warm and the only way to cool it down was to open the window, which let in some street noise.
Service
6.0
While the staff was friendly and helpful, I experienced a lack of English-speaking skills, which made communication a bit challenging. It felt somewhat unprofessional, and I hoped for a smoother welcome.
Location
9.0
The location is excellent, within walking distance to the old town and ferry terminal, which made getting around super convenient. There’s even a large supermarket nearby, so very handy.
Dining
5.0
I found the dining experience disappointing. The breakfast had a nice variety but was often running low on items, which detracted from the overall experience.
Facilities

The hotel promotes itself as a spa hotel, and while the facilities themselves looked appealing, I felt that they could offer a bit more to align with that title, especially regarding the dining aspect.

5.6/10

My stay was a bit of a mixed bag. The hotel is right in the heart of the city, which is fantastic for exploring. However, the rooms were quite outdated and not very comfortable. The service was lacking, and I was met with some indifference from staff. On the plus side, the dining experience was decent for the price, but overall, it didn't feel like a great value.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were in another building across the parking area and felt outdated. Poor lighting, a low ceiling over the bed, and a noisy fridge made it less comfortable. The small bathroom was difficult to navigate, and honestly, if you're of average weight, you might want to stick to public restrooms.
Service
5.0
Service was quite disappointing. The hotel was mostly closed during the day, and although I tried out the salt sauna, the staff showed little interest in accommodating our needs, like switching rooms. The experience during the saunatorium time was also marred by a rude instructor.
Location
10.0
The location is excellent, right in the city center, making it easy to walk to all the major spots in Old City. Perfect for getting around after running a marathon!
Dining

Dining options were quite basic but fine considering the cheap room rate. I enjoyed the porridge, but I think some pastries would have been a lovely addition.
Facilities

The service was generally friendly, although some facilities were not available during certain hours. Overall, it's a good place to stay, especially for families.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the Old Town of Tallinn, which I loved. However, the rooms were quite disappointing, especially the odor that lingered from nearby rooms. The staff wasn't very friendly either, which was disappointing. While the dining was decent, it lacked variety, and I felt that could be improved.

Rooms

Overall, it offers good value for money, especially considering the great location.

While the service was friendly, the dining experience left a lot to be desired, and overall it felt like the hotel could use some renovations.

Rooms

Location

The location of the hotel is fantastic—it's very close to the old town, which is always a plus, especially when traveling with family. However, it's situated above a fitness room that played loud music until 10 PM, which was disruptive.
